Terms & Conditions:

All reservations require prepayment.
Payment can be made via Visa/Master card.
Rates are in Singapore dollars and subject to 10% service charge and GST at prevailing rate.
Rates are without breakfast.
Check-in time is 2pm.
Check-out time is 12pm.
No charge for children under the age of 10 occupying same room with no extra-bed.
Extra-bed is chargeable at SGD50 per night.
Late check-out till 6pm is granted based on room availability and subject to 50% room charge.

Cancellation & No-show Policy:

Reservation must be cancelled 72 hours (3days) prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room charge.
